Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes. Camdas provides setup (included in pricing), delivery and pickup (additional fee). We do not allow pickup or self setups which include our rented wedding arches, lighted table arches or florals to ensure quality, safety, and proper installation. Our team will ensure that everything is set up perfectly and on time for your special day. After the event, we’ll also take care of the breakdown and removal.

Do you charge a delivery and pickup fee?
Yes. Additional Delivery and Pickup Fee: $0.75 per mile double round-trip travel from Spanish Fork, Utah to your location. To calculate your Delivery and Pickup Fee, take your one-way distance times four at seventy-five cents per mile.

Can florals be customized to match my colors?
Absolutely. If we don’t have your exact color, we can add, alter or create florals to match your wedding palette.

Can arches be moved during the event?
Yes. Many couples use their ceremony arch later near a cake table or reception backdrop.

Where do you serve?
We primarily serve Utah County and surrounding areas.

What types of events do you work with?
Weddings, receptions, proposals, anniversaries, and special events.

What Styles Of Wedding Arches Do You Offer?
We offer arched and square wedding arches in dark wood with a variety of floral styles. See Floral Styles . Customization options are also available to match your specific preferences.

Can The Wedding Arches And Lighted Table Arches Be Customized?
Yes, our wedding arches and lighted table arches can be customized to fit your wedding theme and color scheme. You can choose from various materials, sizes, and decorations such as flowers, greens, drapes, crystals, and lights.

How Far In Advance Should I Reserve A Wedding Arch And Lighted Table Arches?
We recommend reserving your wedding arch or lighted table arches as early as possible, ideally 6-12 weeks in advance. This ensures availability and allows ample time for any customization. However, we also accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

What Is The Rental Duration For A Wedding Arch And Lighted Table Arches?
The standard rental duration for our wedding arches or lighted table arches is “Event Day Only”. Please contact us to discuss your specific delivery, pickup and setup schedule.
